"Building good relationships, both personally and professionally, is important, but knowing the difference between the two is vital"...i've said it and i will say it again .. but easily said than done.... when i wrote something about this, i was very sure of myself how to manage my uncomfortable feelings to someone at work... but what about to someone you consider a friend?...will you trust her guts over what is supposed to be the right thing to do?... i hate myself and felt so stupid to just rely on how will she feel if i made her feel untrust workwise... that like anybody else, she can overlook things and can make a mistake--- i could have save an issue against her and me, if i have done what is right.. now we are both in a situation where we couldn't do anything but felt devastated after all those hardwork to gain good impression to our masters and confidence in ourselves..... what can i do but learn from my mistake..

we went to buffalo usa to visit the buffalo and erie naval and military park. it's our second time to travel in buffalo but first time to see the naval park. the first time we went here, we were with some group of filipinos in one bus. well this time, we were driving and it was my first time to drive outside canada ( pretty exciting)....about 2 hours drive from our place. ala lang trip lang igala si father dear. we ate first in shanghai red buffet restaurant near the naval park before we enter the ship... it was fun seeing what's inside that old big ship... then we drove for about 35 minute from naval park going to our lady of fatima in lewiston buffalo usa. bought few stuff, drink some water and took a short tour around....we were supposed to go to another church "our lady of victory", but they said they were tired and want to go home. the weather was hot and makes me wanna go home too... it was a fun, short and new experience for me....view more pictures

why do you look at somebody as hideous? do you ever thought of how much imperfection you have than hers? you seems so sure that you got the best things in you,but why keep comparing yourself to someone? fail to have something that somebody have? or you want to make sure that in all of your defects, there's someone out there worst than you? why do you want to destroy someone's self confidence and happines? is that falling you apart? do we all have to be perfect in your eyes? what about you?........ insulted to hear you say analogous in your ways. you felt bad but in fume of self-denial and i feel sorry for you. if you could only prevent your mouth from comparing and contempting but then, alteration is difficult since that is the reflection of how meager your life is; an obvious dismalness in life to be wrathful about. life is so beautiful to see those imperfections around. in every corner of life; no matter how good you are; how beautiful you are, there will always be someone better than you. just be the best that you can be.
